Normal delivery times are 10:30am-4:30pm daily. Occasionally, we make exceptions and offer early morning or late evening deliveries for an additional fee. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times. Please call to verify.
Same Day Delivery
Generally if you order by 2:00 pm, we can deliver your order the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on weekends, please order no later than 12:00 pm on Saturday.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering online and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are closed on most major holidays. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 week prior to the holiday (i.e.- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter).
We normally contact the funeral home to verify visitation/service times and make arrangements for delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver per the funeral home instructions.
Not all schools accept deliveries for students. We ask that you please call your specific school before placing your order. Deliveries to schools usually need to be received by 2pm.
We do our best to call the recipient in advance to ensure someone is home. If no one is home and at the recipient's request, the driver may leave gifts in a safe place to be retrieved when the recipient returns (i.e.- covered porch or with an approved neighbor). In this event, the recipient assumes all liability for arrangements left behind. If conditions are not ideal to leave the order (i.e.- no one available to receive; rain), we will arrange for delivery at another time.
Request to Leave
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is an additional address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to our rapid order processing, we are unable to cancel orders already in progress. Please call immediately to edit an order that is in progress, as all same-day order changes must be via telephone. Email corrections or cancellations are only accepted for orders that have not yet been processed (not applicable to same-day orders).
If a recipient refuses to accept a delivery, we will contact the customer as to what to do with the order.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift.
We must have at least one active telephone number for delivery recipients. Without a way to contact them directly, we cannot guarantee delivery.
We do not share our customers billing or payment information with anyone.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please note we will gladly allow an exchange or store credit only, within 30 days with receipt. No cash refunds. All sales final. Thank you!
